A family event with historical activities for kids

Free & Open to the Public

Saturday, July 27, 1-4 pm

The Society’s grounds and Museum will be abuzz with a variety of historic games and activities that bring to life what it was like to be a kid in Sharon in the 1800’s.

There will also be a scavenger hunt with clues that are meant to teach kids about Sharon history.

 The activities will include

-butter making

– candle making

-corn husk doll making

-Victorian era games like “graces”, hoops and marbles

-scavenger hunt
